Face is the most prominent part of your body, every body look at your face in its first sight. Acne affects more than 90% of people and pimples appear in face. Women are more concerned for face acne than men, in that face encompasses beauty and charm.
The density of occurrence of sebaceous glands in your skin is higher than other regions of your body. That's why; your face is more prone to develop acne repeatedly.

Although there are many causes of face acne, direct exposure to sunlight is the leading cause. Sunlight contains ultraviolet rays that damage your hair follicles and sebaceous glands and causes inflammation.
The other causes include lack of nutrients required for healthy skin, weak immune system, higher intake of super refined foods, smoking etc. Studies reveal smoking cause stiffness in tiny blood capillaries that restrict efficient flow of blood towards hair follicles.
Ultra refined foods lose their vitamins and minerals. Vitamins and minerals are essential for your skin. Your skin is the most delicate organ that needs extra care and maintenance. Junk and refined foods produce too much toxins that accumulate in your skin and clog tiny pores (hair follicles).
Prevention of Acne and Restoration of Facial Charm:
There is no any magic rule that prevents acne breakouts. Prevention of acne is a set of rules that must be followed simultaneously. It is proven and tested solution for every one having mild to severe acne. It is because there is no single cause of acne, but a long chain involves.
As a first face acne remedy, wash your face twice a day with baby soap. Baby soaps are ideal as they do not contain harsh chemicals and detergents. Harsh detergents may exfoliate and damage skin and destroy its nutrients.
Use herbal skin care tonics that contain vitamins and minerals. Topical application of such herbal skin care tonics will ensure provision of nutrients and vitamins to your hair follicles and sebaceous glands.
