Throughout our lives, we all struggle to have flawless, beautiful skin that glows and gives radiance. Many of us resort to the use of creams and facial products that give results; albeit temporary results, while the rest of us resort to the use of medications and surgical treatments. The conclusion: None of these are healthy for your skin neither for your body. They are all harsh components that strips you off the natural glow, natural oils that is essential for skin rejuvenation. Even the excessive makeup that we use often results in clogged pores that lead to the outburst of acne. So what it is that can give us beautiful skin? It’s FOOD.
The Importance of Good Food
Have you ever wondered how people centuries ago managed to look beautiful despite having no access to pharmaceutical products? They were people who lived on fresh vegetables, fresh fruits and spent their time in working hard enough to sweat. We aren’t doing any of it. We are people who sit in air conditioned rooms all day, without enough exercise. Add to that the excessive intake of junk food, oily food and fast food that are not only calorific, but not in the least way healthy for a person. If you really want to have great skin by the time you turn 30 or 40, don’t wait for any product miracle. Start eating good, eating right today and you will surely have beautiful healthy skin.
Foods Good For You

Technically not food, but one of the main items to give your skin a beautiful look. People do not consume enough water, which is why the skin becomes dry and patched. However, excessive consumption of water could lead to water fat in the body. The ideal amount of water intake is 8 glasses a day. Water helps keep your skin healthy and rejuvenates it greatly.
2). Green Tea
Green Tea is another component that is essential for good skin. It helps you sweat, it removes toxins from the body and its polyphenol property has anti-inflammatory characteristics which in simpler terms is a great anti-oxidant that keeps bacteria off your skin, making sure it doesn’t age early.
