What is acne rosacea?
Eruption of acne is common among teens and adults. Most people begin to develop it from mild to severe such as pimples, zits, cysts, pustules and papules, while most people begin to develop serious and more traumatic state of acne when they reach the puberty and adulthood. Acne rosacea is one of the serious and most traumatic conditions indicated by red flushed pimples and spots with or without blood secretion. It is far more difficult to treat than other types of acne due to deep dermal infection.
Another most common symptom of rosacea is the spidery looking veins on the upper surface of skin that are red and flushed. Although teens are affected with acne rosacea, it is not common among teens and adults. Middle adulthood is the most favorable age for acne rosacea to develop. PH level is the root cause of acne rosacea, thus, as a first treatment option, stop taking food stuffs having acidic nature. Following are some tips to care your skin if you have acne rosacea:

- Eat alkaline foods; following is a chart for all types of alkaline and acidic foods. So avoid acidic food stuffs:

Carrot, cauliflower, celery, chard greens, chlorella, cucumber, fermented veggies, garlic, eggplant, lettuce, mushroom, onions, pees, peppers, pumpkin, spinach green, sweet potatoes, tomatoes and dandelions.

Thus, prevention is better than cure, avoid acidic foods and eat alkaline foods. It will help increase the pH. The more the pH, the healthier and rosacea free you are.
