Another factor, which causes acne, is heredity. When the genes passed on from the parents to the child, the acne conditions also passed on from the parents.

If you want to avoid acne you can follow these simple procedures like, washing your skin twice a day, specially after exercise. Avoid the intake of harsh high concentration alcohol products.
